The initial meeting is 90 minutes, and we will discuss your goals for herbal support and history. Based on the consult, I will develop a custom herbal protocol for you. Protocols are usually within 1 week of our initial meeting. Custom protocols may include teas, tinctures, flower essences, etc. The price of herbs is included in the consultation fee.
